Protection relay UTX line 3 series with IEC 61850
The latest versions of the devices UTX line 3 series extend the functionality of the devices UTX line 2 series with some additional features. The most important additional functionality of 3rd series compared to the 2nd series is the implementation of the IEC 61850 protocol. In addition UTX 3rd series has a revised front-panel (display, keyboard) and is equipped with the relay PAX package (package of 4 powerful and quick exits) as a standard. In addition, the devices UTX 3 series have changed the front-panel (display, keyboard) and standard package PAX relay (8 package strong and quick exit).The devices are equipped with A/C transducers. As a standard, they are equipped with network transmission interfaces Ethernet and TCP/IP and optionally fibre optic communication interfaces for TRbus, AAbus and IEC 870-5-103 protocols.Optionally, the serial transmission interface of CCBus engineering channel may be lead out to the device front panel. The devices can be equipped with CANBus interface (2 channels) for a superior system. Moreover, UTX line series 2 cooperate with Xserver concentrator, which may be implemented with DNP3.0 protocol. 128 new logical functions in UTX series 3 – logical matrix
UTX3 series devices are equipped with new, unique functionality. The implementation of fast logics composed of physical inputs, internal FXL logic functions, internal SWE signals and GOOSE signals – virtual “wires” in the IEC 61850 standard is the main task of the Logic Matrix, which can implement as many as 128 multi-input programmable logics. Graphical visualization of the configuration makes it very convenient and clear.
