Warranty and post-warranty service of devices manufactured by Computers & Control takes place at the company’s headquarters.
Response to service requests within 24 hours on business days and within 4 hours on the next business day after holidays.
The warranty does not cover mechanical and electrical damage caused by incorrect operation or inadequate protection of the device during transport from the customer to the factory service.
Attention! The shipping costs are covered by Computers & Control.
Reporting the device for repair by e-mail or telephone, providing information about the fault.
The service assigns a service number.
The customer sends the device with a precise description of the fault directly to the factory service without the need to set a date for service.
The repaired device is sent back to the customer.
Attention! Due to significant progress in the field of electronics and IT, for reasons beyond the control of Computers & Control, devices manufactured 10 or more years ago may not be accepted for service.
In this situation, the Company will offer a currently manufactured equivalent of a given device or a modification of the device to a version compatible with the current state of technology.
It is possible to dispose of Computers & Control equipment at the factory service center.
In such a case, the customer covers the shipping costs.
Reporting the device for repair by e-mail or telephone, providing information about the fault.
The factory service determines whether and when the device will be accepted for repair. Assigns a service number.
The customer sends the device with a precise description of the fault directly to the factory service.
The service accepts the device for repair, performs a technical assessment and presents a repair cost estimate.
After the customer accepts the repair cost estimate, the device will be repaired and sent back to the recipient along with the invoice for the service performed.
It is possible to conclude an agreement specifying a specific procedure for performing warranty and post-warranty service.
The terms of such an agreement will be determined through individual negotiations with the client.
Any trip of the service group to the customer’s facility is subject to a fee and must be previously agreed/approved in the factory service department.
Computers & Control is not obliged to provide the Buyer with a replacement device for the duration of the warranty repair. However, if replacement goods are made available to the Buyer, the Company does not cover the costs of replacing them at the facility, i.e. installation, commissioning, etc.
After repairing the complained goods, the Buyer is obliged to immediately return the replacement goods to Computers&Control at his own expense.
